Where is it located?
Morzine & Les-Gets are two towns, 5 km from each other, located in the French Alps, one and a half hours from Geneve.

Riding style
Any experienced bike rider with enough control over a bike in order to cope with long descends will find this area‘s trails challenging and enjoyable. Most of this region‘s guests are experienced and well equipped DH, FR and AM mountain bikers. All of the above will enjoy Europe‘s DH paradise. XC riders won‘t feel deprived. There are plenty of trails which offer all types of mountain bike riders a unique biking experience… …and don‘t let the photos give you the wrong impression – most of the trails are fit riders, not only for DH‘ers.

When is the best season to come?
The Morzine – Les-Gets lifts open usually from the first or second weekend of June, till the First weekend of September, but these lifts are only part of a much bigger system, named Portais du Soliel, opens last weekend of June and close last weekend of August. We recommend having your holiday at the time when all the Portais du Soleil lifts operate.

Finding your way around Morzine-Les Gets
All of the trails in the area are well marked and mapped out clearly. However, if you wish to reach special trails or if you don‘t feel comfortable finding your own way around, we recommend hiring a local guide on a daily basis or join one of our all inclusive programs.

Your next biking vacation - An organized biking adventure to Morzine
The best way to arrange a vacation in the region is to join one of our organized biking adventures., given in 2009 on July 2nd-9th and August 16th-23rd. Our biking vacations are divided according to level, into three small riding groups which are lead by a local guide. Aside from accommodations and rides, every package includes transportation from Geneva, meals (in part of the packages) and a lift pass.

Arranging an independent biking holiday in Morzine – Les Gets
If you wish to come to Morzine on other dates, we can provide you with our services in planning and arranging your vacation. We can provide you with accommodations, hired bikes, lift tickets and Geneve airport transfer. We recommend staying in a catered or a self catered or at a hotel, either in Les Gets or Morzine (Morzine is more central).

Hiring a bike
If you wish to leave your own bike at home, there are options for hiring bikes (Most of them are Commencal bikes, yet there are other brands to choose from) However, you should be aware that bike hire prices in Morzine are relatively high considering European standards. It‘s recommended to hire a bike with longer travel than the one you‘re used to riding on at home. In any case, if you plan to hire a bike, you must order one in advance.

How to reach Morzine & Les-Gets
Morzine & Les-Gets are hour and a half drive from Geneva, Switzerland. Fly over to Geneve and order our airport transfer.

Additional activities
There‘s plenty of what to do in Morzine and Les Gets after an enjoyable day of riding. You can shop, eat in one of the restaurants, dance in a club, enjoy the additional sports Morzine has to offer besides mountain biking and much more.
